The Richmond Hill Players are grateful to all of our patrons and volunteers. Your contributions helped us to weather an unprecedented 2020 and 2021. We offer our heartfelt thanks for all your patience and understanding as we continue to manage through this unique experience. 

Once again we are asking for your support, in one of a couple ways, (1) Annual Patron Membership as described on this page, or (2) the major Sound & Lighting Replacement Project.

We appreciate your Annual Patron Membership support to offset expenses for ongoing maintenance and general upkeep on our fantastic Barn. Over the years, we have made incremental improvements to our beloved theater, and it is your generous contributions that make those possible. During the 2020 and 2021 shutdown, small updates included installing handrails in the north and south audience seating sections to improve patron safety, improving efficiency by replacing the fluorescent lighting with modern LED lighting throughout the lobby, rehearsal, and backstage areas.

Richmond Hill Players, Inc. is chartered with the State of Illinois as a not-for-profit 501c (3) organization and all donations are tax deductible. To become a contributor, please send a check to: Richmond Hill Players, PO Box 181, Geneseo IL 61254.  

We respectfully ask that you respond by April 15 so that we properly acknowledge your contribution starting in our 2021 program.
