Donations

The Richmond Hill Players are grateful to all of our patrons and volunteers. Your contributions helped to make our 2019 season another successful one. Whether you donated time, talent, energy, financial support, purchased advertising in our programs, or all of the above, we offer our heartfelt thanks.


Once again we are asking for your support, in one of a couple ways, (1) Annual Patron Membership as described on this page, or (2) the major Sound & Lighting Replacement Project.


We appreciate your Annual Patron Membership support to offset expenses for ongoing maintenance and smaller improvements to our facilities and equipment. Over the years we continue to make wonderful improvements to our beloved theater, and it is your generous contributions that make those possible. Among other improvements, 2019 saw installation of a new water heater and replacement of the roof over our costume shop and rehearsal room. 2020 improvements will again focus on important non-public areas of the Barn, including the Costume Shop, Green Room and Furniture & Props storage areas. We are also installing hand rails in the north and south audience seating sections to improve patron safety.  

  

Richmond Hill Players, Inc. is chartered with the State of Illinois as a not-for-profit 501c (3) organization and all donations are tax deductible. To become a contributor, please send a check to: Richmond Hill Players, PO Box 181, Geneseo IL 61254.  


We respectfully ask that you respond by March 27 so that we may properly acknowledge your contribution starting in our April 2020 program.
